How will you take care of yourself, today?

It’s easy to forget that your life is housed in your body.  Being alive is being housed in your body.  For as long as you live.  You take care of your car, fuelling it regularly, getting it around for a spin so it doesn’t rust, letting the engine rest when not in use.  And you can replace your car when it gets old.

In this life, you only get ONE body. You can’t replace your body, when you get old; or when essential parts fail.  It’s easy to forget, in the busy-ness of life.

How will you take care of yourself today?  Focus on something as simple as choosing better quality food to fuel you; a 10-minute walk in nature; a little more sleep.  Think of it as simple ‘life maintenance’.  And just do it.
